In Guatemala, 50% of children under 5 years of age suffer from chronic malnutrition. Project Harvest empowers rural women, the primary food managers, to grow vegetables and raise small animals so they can provide food for their families year round. Our staff in Guatemala teaches rain harvesting and organic farming techniques to address the root causes of malnutrition.
